Lesley Berg
Lesley is a member of the Australian Society of CPAs. She has over 17 years working directly with Native American Governments. She is a contract CFO and leads her team to assist with Audit Preparation and Compliance. Lesley specializes in audit preparation, working with audit teams to accomplish clean audits, developing fiscal teams. Lesley also preapares Indirect Cost Rate Proposals.
Jennifer Hamilton
Jennifer Hamilton is a senior finance and grants management executive with more than 30 years of experience leading budgeting, federal and state grant administration, and strategic financial operations across government, tribal, and nonprofit sectors. Known
for her integrity and analytical leadership, she specializes in advising clients on federal grants and program compliance, grants management, and long-range financial planning. Her career includes key roles with the State of Nevada—most notably as an
Executive Branch Budget Officer—where she oversaw multimillion-dollar budgets, major statewide programs, federal grants and contracts, and cross-agency fiscal compliance.
Jennifer holds an MBA and an MSML as well as a BS in Business, and is a member of Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business.
